Toyota Fortuner 2.5 L

Earlier you had seen the launch of the face-lifted Toyota Fortuner with quite a few modifications. But the heart of this SUV remained untouched, well that is all about to change now with the introduction of a smaller 2.5 litre engine.

  Audi A3 Sedan

Audi will launch its cheapest model yet, the A3 sedan in India by the end of this year. It was first unveiled as a concept at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. The four-seat notchback sedan shown here as concept form will have a attractive price-tag.

Audi A5

Audi is planning to launch its new 2012 Audi A5 Sportback in the India market soon. The Audi A5 will somewhat fill in the gap between the A4 and the A6 and will create a new niche in the Indian market just like Audi did with the A7 recently. Being a Sportback, it will offer the best of both the worlds - a sedan and an estate version. Expect high levels of equipment, features and ofcourse comfort.

Audi Q7 V12 TDI

The Audi Q7 is no stranger to the Indian market and it was the Q7 that established the Audi brand in India when it was launched some years ago and its popularity with the elite and bollywood is well known. Now the Q7 is available with a V8 diesel but Audi wants to go a step furthur by launching a world first: the first V12 TDI in a passenger vehicle. The diesel, which generates an output of 500 bhp and an insane 1,000 Nm of torque (737.56 lb-ft) from a capacity of six liters, gives the new Audi Q7 V12 TDI quattro the performance of a sports car.

Mitsubishi New Outlander

Despite being powered by a petrol engine in a largely diesel driven segment, the Mitsubishi Outlander has done decent numbers till now. However competition is growing and most of its competition barring the Honda CR-V is powered by diesel engines. Another thing is the sheer numbers of launches happening in this segment. The BMW X1, the Hyundai Santa Fe, Renault Koleos and the soon to be launched face-lifted Chevrolet Captiva, all are making life difficult for the Outlander. This car that you see here is the new one and is promises a lot. The new version is similar in size to the current car but features a whole new look.

Porsche New Boxster

Of all the Porsches sold in India, the Boxster is the cheapest two-seater Porsche that you can buy and the all new Boxster is a completely new model aiming to better its predecessor. The Boxster will compete with the BMW Z4 and Nissan 370Z and Mercedes SLK in India. The new Boxster has considerably lower weight, longer wheelbase, a wider track and larger wheels significantly enhance yet further the mid-engine sports car's driving dynamics. It is also supported by the new electro-mechanical power steering. The new Boxsters boast superior performance and are also up to 15 per cent more fuel-efficient. Depending on model, they get by with significantly less than eight litres of fuel per 100 kilometres.

Kia Picanto
